The Pennsylvania state outline is precision laser cut from ¼" wood sheet stock, with holes sized for standard bottle caps. Caps are held in by friction and stay put once you seat them. Fair warning: if a cap got bent out of shape when it was opened, you may need to re-shape it slightly to seat properly.
