Already own the knife? Send it to us.
We engrave knives of all shapes and sizes — pocket knives, fixed blades, Buck, Case, Gerber, and whatever else you carry. Most people carry a pocket knife every day, which makes it one of the few gifts that gets handled constantly. Put a name and a message on it and they will remember the occasion every time they open it. There is a practical version too: a phone number on the handle gets a lost knife back.
What we can engrave
Blades
We engrave coated and stainless blades. On coated blades we generally remove the coating, leaving a silver engraving. On stainless we engrave in black.
Handles
Depends on what the handle is made of. All metals and woods we can engrave. We do not recommend engraving composite or plastic handles — the results may not come out as expected. On metal handles we can do deep engraving, assuming the handle is thick enough to maintain structural integrity after removing material.
Sheaths
We engrave leather sheaths as well.
Fonts and artwork
If you have a font or design in mind, specify it in the order details. There is an upload option where you can attach your layout. We can also engrave custom logos — black and white images without shading or color produce a superior result.

Common questions
Can you engrave a knife I already own?
Yes — that is what this service is for. Send us a photo before you ship it and we will tell you honestly what will and will not work on your particular knife.
What does engraving look like on a black coated blade?
We remove the coating where the design goes, which leaves bright silver lettering against the black. High contrast and very legible.
Can you engrave the handle?
Metal and wood handles, yes, including deep engraving on metal if there is enough material. Composite and plastic handles we steer people away from — the result is unpredictable and we would rather say so up front.
Will engraving void the knife's warranty?
Modifying a knife can affect a manufacturer's warranty. If that matters to you, check with the maker before sending it in.
Do you engrave company logos on knives for promotional use?
Regularly. Black and white artwork without shading engraves best. Ask about quantity pricing for promotional runs.
Do not own the knife yet? We stock the Buck 110 Folding Hunter, the Civivi Praxis Mini, and the Gerber StrongArm, all engraved to order.
