The cake cutting is the photo everyone takes. The set in your hands should be worth keeping afterward.
Here is the part that matters and nobody else will tell you: our process uses no harmful non-food-safe chemicals or sprays. Pure laser engraving only. That produces a very dark black, high contrast, permanent mark on the blade that will not fade, rust, or wash off — and it means the set is still safe to use on your anniversary, not just staged for one afternoon.
Choose from one of our timeless designs, or upload your own for a genuinely one-of-a-kind set.

Details
The cake knife and the server are shaped differently, so we can put something different on each piece — a graphic on the server and text only on the knife, or an embellished monogram of your last name on the knife. You are welcome to upload a separate design for each.
Please double check all entered text for accuracy, including names and dates. The marking is permanent and cannot be removed once completed. Read it twice, then have someone else read it.
Fonts
We will choose fonts similar to our example pictures unless you specify a font or provide one in the upload.
Common questions
Is the engraved set safe to actually cut cake with?
Yes, and that is the reason we engrave the way we do. No chemical etching sprays, no coatings — just laser. Nothing has been added to the blade that you would not want near food.
Will the engraving wear off or rust?
No. It is marked into the steel rather than coated on, so it will not fade, rust, or wash off with use.
Can the knife and server say different things?
They can, and it usually looks better that way. A monogram on the knife and a graphic on the server is a common setup. Upload a separate design for each piece.
What if I misspell something?
Then it is misspelled forever, which is why we are saying it twice. The marking is permanent and cannot be removed. Check every name and date before submitting, and have a second person read it.
How far ahead should I order?
Give yourself margin. Wedding season gets busy and this is not something you want rushed the week of.
