Our laser needs no additives or marking agents to make the mark. That sounds like a technical detail and it is actually the whole story: it is why the engraving on your tumbler is permanent instead of something that fades after a year of dishwasher cycles.

The engraving process removes or darkens the powder coating to create a permanent image that will not wash off or fade. Your graphic stays on the cup for as long as you own it. We have several color options for engraving and powder coating to get exactly the look you are after.

Sending us a graphic
Send the original file, or as close to it as you can get — vector formats or design files are preferred. A black and white or single color image works best. If you do not have that, we can help you get there, or build the artwork for you from scratch.
Bring your own tumbler
Found a style you cannot live without, or got a deal on blanks? Bring them in. We engrave nearly all powder coated and raw stainless steel tumblers and drinkware, including cups with handles and large oversize bottles. Some tumblers have a silicone coating and are not suitable for our process — if you are unsure, contact us before you buy a case of them.
- On powder coated items: we remove the powder coating and leave the underlying stainless steel
- On stainless steel items: we engrave a black mark that is clearly visible and extremely durable. Many shops use an additive to get black on stainless, and that can wear off over time. Our machines engrave the stainless directly, so the black mark will not wear off.

Common questions
Can you engrave tumblers I already bought?
Yes. Bring in your own blanks or finished tumblers and we will engrave them. The only thing we cannot work with is silicone-coated drinkware — send us a photo first if you are not sure what you have.
Do you do bulk or wholesale tumbler engraving?
Both. Bulk discounts apply on larger runs, and our fulfillment program is built for people selling engraved drinkware of their own. Daily shipping pickups keep turnaround quick.
Will the engraving wash off?
No. The design is cut into the tumbler itself rather than printed or applied as vinyl, so there is nothing to peel, crack, or fade. It lasts as long as the cup does.
What file should I send?
Vector or original design files give the best result. Black and white or single color artwork engraves cleanest. No usable file? We will clean up what you have or draw it from scratch.
